(161) And how they say that which they do not?

(162) And he sought among the birds and said: how is it that I see not the hoopoe, or is he among the absent?

(163) Have they not seen how We have appointed the night that they may rest therein, and the day sight-giving? Lo! therein verily are portents for a people who believe.

(164) And say: Praise be to Allah Who will show you His portents so that ye shall know them. And thy Lord is not unaware of what ye (mortals) do.

(165) And We desired to show favour unto those who were oppressed in the earth, and to make them examples and to make them the inheritors,

(166) And to establish them in the earth, and to show Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts that which they feared from them.

(167) And We had before forbidden foster-mothers for him, so she said: Shall I show you a household who will rear him for you and take care of him?

(168) And how many a community have We destroyed that was thankless for its means of livelihood! And yonder are their dwellings, which have not been inhabited after them save a little. And We, even We, were the inheritors.

(169) See they not how Allah produceth creation, then reproduceth it? Lo! for Allah that is easy.

(170) Say (O Muhammad): Travel in the land and see how He originated creation, then Allah bringeth forth the later growth. Lo! Allah is Able to do all things.
