(76) Say: "I have been forbidden to invoke those whom ye invoke besides Allah,- seeing that the Clear Signs have come to me from my Lord; and I have been commanded to bow (in Islam) to the Lord of the Worlds."

(77) Who is better in speech than one who calls (men) to Allah, works righteousness, and says, "I am of those who bow in Islam"?

(78) But indeed if any do help and defend themselves after a wrong (done) to them, against such there is no cause of blame.

(79) The blame is only against those who oppress men and wrong-doing and insolently transgress beyond bounds through the land, defying right and justice: for such there will be a penalty grievous.

(80) When (Jesus) the son of Mary is held up as an example, behold, thy people raise a clamour thereat (in ridicule)!
