(502) It was said to her: Enter the palace; but when she saw it she deemed it to be a great expanse of water, and bared her legs. He said: Surely it is a palace made smooth with glass. She said: My Lord! surely I have been unjust to myself, and I submit with Sulaiman to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

(503) but the answer of his people was no other except that they ~s said: Turn out Lut's followers from your town; surely they are a people who would keep pure!

(504) but We delivered him and his followers except his wife; We ordained her to be of those who remained behind.

(505) Say: No one in the heavens and the earth knows the unseen but Allah; and they do not know when they shall be raised.

(506) We have certainly been promised this, we and our fathers before; these are naught but stories of the ancients

(507) And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful.

(508) And there is nothing concealed in the heaven and the earth but it is in a clear book.

(509) So We gave him back to his mother that her eye might be refreshed, and that she might no grieve, and that she might know that the promise of Allah is true, but most of them do not know.

(510) So when he desired to seize him who was an enemy to them both, he said: O Musa! do you intend to kill me as you killed a person yesterday? You desire nothing but that you should be a tyrant in the land, and you do not desire to be of those who act aright.
