(1) [And say, "Ours is] the religion of Allah. And who is better than Allah in [ordaining] religion? And we are worshippers of Him."

(2) Indeed, those [worshippers] - destroyed is that in which they are [engaged], and worthless is whatever they were doing."

(3) [Such believers are] the repentant, the worshippers, the praisers [of Allah], the travelers [for His cause], those who bow and prostrate [in prayer], those who enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong, and those who observe the limits [set by] Allah. And give good tidings to the believers.

(4) They said, "We found our fathers worshippers of them."

(5) And We made them leaders guiding by Our command. And We inspired to them the doing of good deeds, establishment of prayer, and giving of zakah; and they were worshippers of Us.

(6) So We responded to him and removed what afflicted him of adversity. And We gave him [back] his family and the like thereof with them as mercy from Us and a reminder for the worshippers [of Allah].

(7) Say, [O Muhammad], "If the Most Merciful had a son, then I would be the first of [his] worshippers."

(8) Nor are you worshippers of what I worship.

(9) Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship.

(10) Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship.
