(101) And it is not your wealth, nor your children that bring you nearer to Us (i.e. please Allah), but only he who believes (in the Islamic Monotheism), and does righteous deeds (will please Us); as for such, there will be twofold reward for what they did, and they will reside in the high dwellings (Paradise) in peace and security.

(102) Did I not command you, O children of Adam, that you should not worship Shaitan (Satan). Verily, he is a plain enemy to you.

(103) And, indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the guidance, and We caused the children of Israel to inherit the Scripture [i.e. the Taurat (Torah)] -

(104) Yet, they assign to some of His slaves a share with Him (by pretending that He has children, and considering them as equals or co-partners in worship with Him). Verily, man is indeed a manifest ingrate!

(105) He ['Îsa (Jesus)] was not more than a slave. We granted Our Favour to him, and We made him an example for the children of Israel (i.e. his creation without a father).

(106) Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم): "If the Most Gracious (Allah) had a son (or children as you pretend), then I am the first of Allah's worshippers [who deny and refute this claim of yours (and the first to believe in Allah Alone and testify that He has no children)]." [Tafsir At-Tabari].

(107) Saying: "Deliver to me the slaves of Allah (i.e. the children of Israel). Verily, I am to you a Messenger worthy of all trust.

(108) Thus (it was)! And We made other people inherit them (i.e. We made the children of Israel to inherit the kingdom of Egypt).

(109) And indeed We saved the children of Israel from the humiliating torment:

(110) And We chose them (the children of Israel) above the 'Alamin (mankind and jinn) [during the time of Musa (Moses)] with knowledge,
