(203) And between them and their desires, is placed a barrier, as was done in the past with their partisans: for they were indeed in suspicious (disquieting) doubt.

(204) Verily Satan is an enemy to you: so treat him as an enemy. He only invites his adherents, that they may become Companions of the Blazing Fire.

(205) But those who reject (Allah) - for them will be the Fire of Hell: No term shall be determined for them, so they should die, nor shall its Penalty be lightened for them. Thus do We reward every ungrateful one!

(206) If Allah were to punish men according to what they deserve. He would not leave on the back of the (earth) a single living creature: but He gives them respite for a stated Term: when their Term expires, verily Allah has in His sight all His Servants.

(207) "Embrace ye the (fire) this Day, for that ye (persistently) rejected (Truth)."

(208) "The same Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! ye kindle therewith (your own fires)!

(209) (So) they should not strain their ears in the direction of the Exalted Assembly but be cast away from every side,

(210) Except such as snatch away something by stealth, and they are pursued by a flaming fire, of piercing brightness.
