(14) And the difference of night and day and the provision that Allah sendeth down from the sky and thereby quickeneth the earth after her death, and the ordering of the winds, are portents for a people who have sense.

(15) Provision (made) for men; and therewith We quicken a dead land. Even so will be the resurrection of the dead.

(16) Lo! We it is Who quicken and give death, and unto Us is the journeying.

(17) His is the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; He quickeneth and He giveth death; and He is Able to do all things.

(18) Know that Allah quickeneth the earth after its death. We have made clear Our revelations for you, that haply ye may understand.
