(81) O Prophet! truly We have sent thee as a Witness, a Bearer of Glad Tidings, and Warner,-

Enter not the Prophet's houses,- until leave is given you,- for a meal, (and then) not (so early as) to wait for its preparation: but when ye are invited, enter; and when ye have taken your meal, disperse, without seeking familiar talk. Such (behaviour) annoys the Prophet: he is ashamed to dismiss you, but Allah is not ashamed (to tell you) the truth. And when ye ask (his ladies) for anything ye want, ask them from before a screen: that makes for greater purity for your hearts and for theirs. Nor is it right for you that ye should annoy Allah's Messenger, or that ye should marry his widows after him at any time. truly such a thing is in Allah's sight an enormity.

(83) truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee up against them: Then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time:

(84) And so amongst men and crawling creatures and cattle, are they of various colours. Those truly fear Allah, among His Servants, who have knowledge: for Allah is Exalted in Might, Oft-Forgiving.

(85) When We (first) sent to them two messengers, they rejected them: But We strengthened them with a third: they said, "truly, we have been sent on a mission to you."

(86) truly dost thou marvel, while they ridicule,

(87) "We led you astray: for truly we were ourselves astray."

(88) truly, that Day, they will (all) share in the Penalty.

(89) For We have truly made it (as) a trial for the wrong-doers.

(90) truly they will eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith.
