(301) And when Our clear communications are recited to them, they say: This is naught but a man who desires to turn you away from that which your fathers worshipped. (302) O men! call to mind the favor of Allah on you; is there any creator besides Allah who gives you sustenance from the heaven and the earth? There is no god but He; whence are you then turned away?

(303) And if they call you a liar, truly apostles before you were called liars, and to Allah are all affairs returned.

(304) Do they not consider how many of the generations have We destroyed before them, because they do not turn to them?

(305) And there comes not to them a communication of the communications of their Lord but they turn aside from it.

(306) So they shall not be able to make a bequest, nor shall they return to their families.

(307) And if We please We would surely transform them in their place, then they would not be able to go on, nor will they return.

(308) Then most surely their return shall be to hell.

(309) So they went away from him, turning back.

(310) Then he turned aside to their gods secretly and said: What! do you not eat?
