(1) Before, as guidance for the people. And He revealed the Qur'an. Indeed, those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah will have a severe punishment, and Allah is exalted in Might, the owner of Retribution.

(2) Say, "O Allah, owner of Sovereignty, You give sovereignty to whom You will and You take sovereignty away from whom You will. You honor whom You will and You humble whom You will. In Your hand is [all] good. Indeed, You are over all things competent.

(3) O you who have believed, do not kill game while you are in the state of ihram. And whoever of you kills it intentionally - the penalty is an equivalent from sacrificial animals to what he killed, as judged by two just men among you as an offering [to Allah] delivered to the Ka'bah, or an expiation: the feeding of needy people or the equivalent of that in fasting, that he may taste the consequence of his deed. Allah has pardoned what is past; but whoever returns [to violation], then Allah will take retribution from him. And Allah is Exalted in Might and owner of Retribution.

(4) So never think that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and owner of Retribution.

(5) Say, [O Muhammad], "If there had been with Him [other] gods, as they say, then they [each] would have sought to the owner of the Throne a way."

(6) Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners?

(7) The people of Noah denied before them, and [the tribe of] 'Aad and Pharaoh, the owner of stakes,

(8) And whoever Allah guides - for him there is no misleader. Is not Allah Exalted in Might and owner of Retribution?

(9) The forgiver of sin, acceptor of repentance, severe in punishment, owner of abundance. There is no deity except Him; to Him is the destination.

(10) [He is] the Exalted above [all] degrees, owner of the Throne; He places the inspiration of His command upon whom He wills of His servants to warn of the Day of Meeting.
