(21) So as to be ungrateful for what We have given them; but enjoy yourselves (for a while), for you shall soon come to know.

(22) Allah is he Who sends forth the winds so they raise a cloud, then He spreads it forth in the sky as He pleases, and He breaks it up so that you see the rain coming forth from inside it; then when He causes it to fall upon whom He pleases of His servants, lo! they are joyful

(23) We give them to enjoy a little, then will We drive them to a severe chastisement.

(24) Say: Flight shall not do you any good if you fly from death or slaughter, and in that case you will not be allowed to enjoy yourselves but a little.

(25) But (by) mercy from Us and for enjoyment till a time.

(26) And when distress afflicts a man he calls upon his Lord turning to Him frequently; then when He makes him possess a favor from Him, he forgets that for which he called upon Him before, and sets up rivals to Allah that he may cause (men) to stray off from His path. Say: Enjoy yourself in your ungratefulness a little, surely you are of the inmates of the fire.

(27) And when Allah alone is mentioned, the hearts of those who do not believe in the hereafter shrink, and when those besides Him are mentioned, lo! they are joyful.

(28) O my people! this life of the world is only a (passing) enjoyment, and surely the hereafter is the abode to settle;

(29) Nay! I gave them and their fathers to enjoy until there came to them the truth and an Apostle making manifest (the truth).

(30) And on the day when those who disbelieve shall be brought before the fire: You did away with your good things in your life of the world and you enjoyed them for a while, so today you shall be rewarded with the punishment of abasement because you were unjustly proud in the land and because you transgressed.
