(42) And though those who do wrong possess all that is in the earth, and therewith as much again, they verily will seek to ransom themselves therewith on the Day of Resurrection from the awful doom; and there will appear unto them, from their Lord, that wherewith they never reckoned.

(43) Therefor (O believers) pray unto Allah, making religion pure for Him (only), however much the disbelievers be averse -

(44) Ye did not hide yourselves lest your ears and your eyes and your skins should testify against you, but ye deemed that Allah knew not much of what ye did.

(45) That is the reward of Allah's enemies: the Fire. Therein is their immortal home, payment forasmuch as they denied Our revelations.

(46) Whatever of misfortune striketh you, it is what your right hands have earned. And He forgiveth much.

(47) Or He causeth them to perish on account of that which they have earned - And He forgiveth much -

(48) This, forasmuch as ye made the revelations of Allah a jest, and the life of the world beguiled you. Therefor this day they come not forth from thence, nor can they make amends.

(49) And much booty that they will capture. Allah is ever Mighty, Wise.

(50) Allah promiseth you much booty that ye will capture, and hath given you this in advance, and hath withheld men's hands from you, that it may be a token for the believers, and that He may guide you on a right path.
