(82) If thou ask them, who it is that created the heavens and the earth. They will certainly say, "Allah". Say: "Praise be to Allah!" But most of them understand not.

(83) But He fashioned him in due proportion, and breathed into him something of His spirit. And He gave you (the faculties of) hearing and sight and feeling (and understanding): little thanks do ye give!

(84) And recite what is rehearsed to you in your homes, of the Signs of Allah and His Wisdom: for Allah understands the finest mysteries and is well-acquainted (with them).

(85) Men ask thee concerning the Hour: Say, "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (alone)": and what will make thee understand?- perchance the Hour is nigh!

(86) We have not sent thee but as a universal (Messenger) to men, giving them glad tidings, and warning them (against sin), but most men understand not.

(87) Say: "Verily my Lord enlarges and restricts the Provision to whom He pleases, but most men understand not."

(88) "But he did lead astray a great multitude of you. Did ye not, then, understand?

(89) If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand?

(90) And by night: will ye not understand?
