(1) If you do good openly or do it in secret or pardon an evil then surely Allah is Pardoning, powerful.

(2) And Allah has created you, then He causes you to die, and of you is he who is brought back to the worst part of life, so that after having knowledge he does not know anything; surely Allah is Knowing, powerful.

(3) And He it is Who has created man from the water, then He has made for him blood relationship and marriage relationship, and your Lord is powerful.

(4) Allah is He Who created you from a state of weakness then He gave strength after weakness, then ordained weakness and hoary hair after strength; He creates what He pleases, and He is the Knowing, the powerful.

(5) Have they not travelled in the land and seen how was the end of those before them while they were stronger than these in power? And Allah is not such that any thing in the heavens or in the earth should escape Him; surely He is Knowing, powerful.

(6) And one of His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth and what He has spread forth in both of them of living beings; and when He pleases He is all-powerful to gather them together.

(7) Or He makes them of both sorts, male and female; and He makes whom He pleases barren; surely He is the Knowing, the powerful.

(8) And how many a town which was far more powerful than the town of yours which has driven you out: We destroyed them so there was no helper for them.

(9) They rejected all Our communications, so We overtook them after the manner of a Mighty, powerful One.

(10) In the seat of honor with a most powerful King.
