(261) He will say: "O my Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, while I had sight (before)."

(262) He (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: "my Lord knows (every) word (spoken) in the heavens and on earth. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower."

(263) Man is created of haste. I will show you my Ayat (torments, proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). So ask Me not to hasten (them).

(264) And (remember) Zakariyya (Zachariah), when he cried to his Lord: "O my Lord! Leave me not single (childless), though You are the Best of the inheritors."

(265) And indeed We have written in Az-Zabur [i.e. all the revealed Holy Books - the Taurat (Torah), the Injeel (Gospel), the Psalms, the Qur'an,] after (We have already written in) Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz (the Book that is in the heaven with Allah), that my righteous slaves shall inherit the land (i.e. the land of Paradise).

(266) He (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: "my Lord! Judge You in truth! Our Lord is the Most Gracious, Whose Help is to be sought against that which you attribute (unto Allah that He has offspring, and unto Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم that he is a sorcerer, and unto the Qur'an that it is poetry)!"

(267) And (remember) when We showed Ibrahim (Abraham) the site of the (Sacred) House (the Ka'bah at Makkah) (saying): "Associate not anything (in worship) with Me, [La ilaha illallah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) - Islamic Monotheism], and sanctify my House for those who circumambulate it, and those who stand up (for prayer), and those who bow (submit themselves with humility and obedience to Allah), and make prostration (in prayer);"

(268) And the dwellers of Madyan (Midian); and belied was Musa (Moses). But I granted respite to the disbelievers for a while, then I seized them, and how (terrible) was my punishment (against their wrong-doing)!

(269) And indeed We sent Nuh (Noah) to his people, and he said: "O my people! Worship Allah! You have no other Ilah (God) but Him (Islamic Monotheism). Will you not then be afraid (of Him i.e. of His punishment because of worshipping others besides Him)?"

(270) [Nuh (Noah)] said: "O my Lord! Help me because they deny me."
