(51) Seest thou not that Allah makes the clouds move gently, then joins them together, then makes them into a heap? - then wilt thou see rain issue forth from their midst. And He sends down from the sky mountain masses (of clouds) wherein is hail: He strikes therewith whom He pleases and He turns it away from whom He pleases, the vivid flash of His lightning well-nigh blinds the sight.

(52) It is Allah Who alternates the night and the Day: verily in these things is an instructive example for those who have vision!

(53) O ye who believe! let those whom your right hands possess, and the (children) among you who have not come of age ask your permission (before they come to your presence), on three occasions: before morning prayer; the while ye doff your clothes for the noonday heat; and after the late-night prayer: these are your three times of undress: outside those times it is not wrong for you or for them to move about attending to each other: Thus does Allah make clear the Signs to you: for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom.

(54) "He indeed would well-nigh have misled us from our gods, had it not been that we were constant to them!" - Soon will they know, when they see the Penalty, who it is that is most misled in Path!

(55) And He it is Who makes the night as a Robe for you, and Sleep as Repose, and makes the Day (as it were) a Resurrection.

(56) And it is He Who made the night and the Day to follow each other: for such as have the will to celebrate His praises or to show their gratitude.

(57) Those who spend the night in adoration of their Lord prostrate and standing;

(58) By inspiration we told Moses: "Travel by night with my servants; for surely ye shall be pursued."

(59) They said: "Swear a mutual oath by Allah that we shall make a secret night attack on him and his people, and that we shall then say to his heir (when he seeks vengeance): 'We were not present at the slaughter of his people, and we are positively telling the truth.'"

(60) See they not that We have made the night for them to rest in and the Day to give them light? Verily in this are Signs for any people that believe!
