(142) "Did I not enjoin on you, O ye Children of Adam, that ye should not worship Satan; for that he was to you an enemy avowed?-

(143) "And that ye should worship Me, (for that) this was the Straight Way?

(144) Yet they take (for worship) gods other than Allah, (hoping) that they might be helped!

(145) "Bring ye up", it shall be said, "The wrong-doers and their wives, and the things they worshipped-

(146) Behold! he said to his father and to his people, "What is that which ye worship?

(147) Then came (the worshippers) with hurried steps, and faced (him).

(148) He said: "Worship ye that which ye have (yourselves) carved?

(149) When he ran away (like a slave from captivity) to the ship (fully) laden,

(150) And they have invented a blood-relationship between Him and the Jinns: but the Jinns know (quite well) that they have indeed to appear (before his Judgment-Seat)!
