(11) Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth, Able to create the like of them? Yes, indeed! He is the All-Knowing Supreme creator.

(12) "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators,

(13) Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم): "O Allah! creator of the heavens and the earth! All-Knower of the Ghaib (Unseen) and the seen! You will judge between your slaves about that wherein they used to differ."

(14) Allah is the creator of all things, and He is the Wakil (Trustee, Disposer of affairs, Guardian) over all things.

(15) That is Allah, your Lord, the creator of all things: La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). How then are you turning away (from Allah, by worshipping others instead of Him)?

(16) The creator of the heavens and the earth. He has made for you mates from yourselves, and for the cattle (also) mates. By this means He creates you (in the wombs). There is nothing like Him; and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer.

(17) Were they created by nothing? Or were they themselves the creators?

(18) Is it you who create it (i.e. make this semen into a perfect human being), or are We the creator?

(19) He is Allah, the creator, the Inventor of all things, the Bestower of forms. To Him belong the Best Names. All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify Him. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Wise.
