(23) Or do you think that most of them do hear or understand? They are nothing but as cattle; nay, they are straying farther off from the path.

(24) Most surely they are far removed from the hearing of it.

(25) Then give to the near of kin his due, and to the needy and the wayfarer; this is best for those who desire Allah's pleasure, and these it is who are successful.

(26) And if We had made it a Quran in a foreign tongue, they would certainly have said: Why have not its communications been made clear? What! a foreign (tongue) and an Arabian! Say: It is to those who believe a guidance and a healing; and (as for) those who do not believe, there is a heaviness in their ears and it is obscure to them; these shall be called to from a far-off place.

(27) And how many a town which was far more powerful than the town of yours which has driven you out: We destroyed them so there was no helper for them.

(28) What! when we are dead and have become dust? That is afar (from probable) return.

(29) And the garden shall be brought near to those who guard (against evil), not far off:

(30) I swear by the wind that scatters far and wide,
