(21) And when he attained his full strength, and was perfect (in manhood), We bestowed on him Hukm (Prophethood and right judgement of the affairs) and religious knowledge [of the religion of his forefathers i.e. Islamic Monotheism]. And thus do We reward the Muhsinun (i.e. good doers. See the footnote of V.9:120).

(22) So they (too) hastened in their footsteps!

(23) (Allah said to him): "Strike the ground with your foot: This is (a spring of) water to wash in, cool and a (refreshing) drink."

(24) They shall have all that they will desire with their Lord. That is the reward of Muhsinun (good-doers - see the footnote of V.9:120).

(25) Nay! They say: "We found our fathers following a certain way and religion, and we guide ourselves by their footsteps."

(26) And similarly, We sent not a warner before you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) to any town (people) but the luxurious ones among them said: "We found our fathers following a certain way and religion, and we will indeed follow their footsteps."

(27) And before this was the Scripture of Musa (Moses) as a guide and a mercy. And this is a confirming Book (the Qur'an) in the Arabic language, to warn those who do wrong, and as glad tidings to the Muhsinun (good-doers. See the footnote of V.9:120).

(28) O you who believe! If you help (in the cause of) Allah, He will help you, and make your foothold firm.

(29) And everything, small and big, is written down (in Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz already beforehand i.e. before it befalls, or is done by its doer: الإيمان بالقدر) (See the Qur'an V.57:22 and its footnote).
