(55) Say: "It is He Who has created you (and made you grow), and made for you the faculties of hearing, seeing, feeling and understanding: little thanks it is ye give.

(56) And made therein mountains standing firm, lofty (in stature); and provided for you water sweet (and wholesome)?

(57) And for such as had entertained the fear of standing before their Lord's (tribunal) and had restrained (their) soul from lower desires,

(58) But what could tell thee but that perchance he might grow (in spiritual understanding)?-

(59) Though it is no blame to thee if he grow not (in spiritual understanding).
