The word(s) "all-hearer" appears 44 time(s) in 44 verse(s) in Quran in Mohsin Khan translation.

(31) Allah chooses Messengers from angels and from men. Verily, Allah is all-hearer, All-Seer.
(32) O you who believe! Follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). And whosoever follows the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan), then, verily he commands Al-Fahsha' [i.e. to commit indecency (illegal sexual intercourse)], and Al-Munkar [disbelief and polytheism (i.e. to do evil and wicked deeds; and to speak or to do what is forbidden in Islam)]. And had it not been for the Grace of Allah and His Mercy on you, not one of you would ever have been pure from sins. But Allah purifies (guides to Islam) whom He wills, and Allah is all-hearer, All-Knower.
(33) And as for women past child-bearing who do not expect wed-lock, it is no sin on them if they discard their (outer) clothing in such a way as not to show their adornment. But to refrain (i.e. not to discard their outer clothing) is better for them. And Allah is all-hearer, All-Knower.
(34) Verily He, only He, is the all-hearer, the All-Knower.
(35) Whoever hopes for the Meeting with Allah, then Allah's Term is surely coming and He is the all-hearer, the All-Knower.
(36) And so many a moving (living) creature carries not its own provision! Allah provides for it and for you. And He is the all-hearer, the All-Knower.
(37) The creation of you all and the resurrection of you all are only as (the creation and resurrection of) a single person. Verily, Allah is all-hearer, All-Seer.
(38) Say: "If (even) I go astray, I shall stray only to my own loss. But if I remain guided, it is because of the Revelation of my Lord to me. Truly, He is all-hearer, Ever Near (to all things)."
(39) And Allah judges with truth, while those to whom they invoke besides Him, cannot judge anything. Certainly, Allah! He is the all-hearer, the All-Seer.
(40) Verily those who dispute about the Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah, without any authority having come to them, there is nothing else in their breasts except pride [to accept you (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) as a Messenger of Allah and to obey you] . They will never have it (i.e. Prophethood which Allah has bestowed upon you). So seek refuge in Allah (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم from the arrogants). Verily, it is He Who is the all-hearer, the All-Seer.
