(123) But they turned away (from Allah), and We sent against them the Flood (released) from the dams, and We converted their two garden (rows) into "gardens" producing bitter fruit, and tamarisks, and some few (stunted) Lote-trees.

(124) O men! Call to mind the grace of Allah unto you! is there a creator, other than Allah, to give you sustenance from heaven or earth? There is no god but He: how then are ye deluded away from the Truth?

(125) Not a Sign comes to them from among the Signs of their Lord, but they turn away therefrom.

(126) (So) they should not strain their ears in the direction of the Exalted Assembly but be cast away from every side,

(127) Except such as snatch away something by stealth, and they are pursued by a flaming fire, of piercing brightness.

(128) So they turned away from him, and departed.

(129) When he ran away (like a slave from captivity) to the ship (fully) laden,

(130) So turn thou away from them for a little while,
