(31) And to Allah belongs the Unseen of the heavens and the earth. And the matter of the Hour is not but as a twinkling of the eye, or even nearer. Truly! Allah is Able to do all things.

(32) And we (angels) descend not except by the Command of your Lord (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم). To Him belongs what is before us and what is behind us, and what is between those two; and your Lord is never forgetful -

(33) To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth, and all that is between them, and all that is under the soil.

(34) To Him belongs whosoever is in the heavens and on earth. And those who are near Him (i.e. the angels) are not too proud to worship Him, nor are they weary (of His worship).

(35) To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on the earth. And verily, Allah - He is Rich (Free of all needs), Worthy of all praise.

(36) They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allah." Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?"

(37) And to Allah belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth, and to Allah is the return (of all).

(38) Certainly, to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. Surely, He knows your condition and (He knows) the Day when they will be brought back to Him, then He will inform them of what they did. And Allah is All-Knower of everything.

(39) He to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and Who has begotten no son (children or offspring) and for Whom there is no partner in the dominion. He has created everything, and has measured it exactly according to its due measurements.

(40) I (Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) have been commanded only to worship the Lord of this city (Makkah), Who has sanctified it and to Whom belongs everything. And I am commanded to be from among the Muslims (those who submit to Allah in Islam).
