To Allah belongs the heritage of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do.

Give just measure and weight, nor withhold from the people the things that are their due; and do no mischief on the earth after it has been set in order: that will be best for you, if ye have Faith.

(6) "And withhold not things justly due to men, nor do evil in the land, working mischief.
(7) What Allah out of his Mercy doth bestow on mankind there is none can withhold: what He doth withhold, there is none can grant, apart from Him: and He is the Exalted in Power, full of Wisdom.
(8) "Such are Our Bounties: whether thou bestow them (on others) or withhold them, no account will be asked."
(9) If He were to ask you for all of them, and press you, ye would covetously withhold, and He would bring out all your ill-feeling.
(10) What Allah has bestowed on His Messenger (and taken away) from the people of the townships,- belongs to Allah,- to His Messenger and to kindred and orphans, the needy and the wayfarer; In order that it may not (merely) make a circuit between the wealthy among you. So take what the Messenger assigns to you, and deny yourselves that which he withholds from you. And fear Allah; for Allah is strict in Punishment.
