(61) (And the warner) said: What! Even though I bring you better guidance than that ye found your fathers following? They answered: Lo! in what ye bring we are disbelievers.

(63) But We found there but one house of those surrendered (to Allah).

(64) Wherein (are found) the good and beautiful -

(65) Whatsoever palm-trees ye cut down or left standing on their roots, it was by Allah's leave, in order that He might confound the evil-livers.

(66) And when thou seest them their figures please thee; and if they speak thou givest ear unto their speech. (They are) as though they were blocks of wood in striped cloaks. They deem every shout to be against them. They are the enemy, so beware of them. Allah confound them! How they are perverted!

(67) Because of their sins they were drowned, then made to enter a Fire. And they found they had no helpers in place of Allah.

(68) And (the Jinn who had listened to the Qur'an said): We had sought the heaven but had found it filled with strong warders and meteors.

(69) But when sight is confounded

(70) (And it will be said unto them): Lo! this is a reward for you. Your endeavour (upon earth) hath found acceptance.
