(34) Certainly, there has been in them an excellent example for you to follow - for those who look forward to (the Meeting with) Allah and the Last Day. And whosoever turns away, then verily, Allah is Rich (Free of all needs), worthy of all Praise.

(35) That was because there came to them their Messengers with clear proofs (signs), but they said: "Shall mere men guide us?" So they disbelieved and turned away (from the truth). But Allah was not in need (of them). And Allah is Rich (Free of all needs), worthy of all praise.

(36) Except from their wives or the (women slaves) whom their right hands possess - for (then) they are not blameworthy.

(37) Obeyed (by the angels in the heavens), and trustworthy.

(38) And they had no fault except that they believed in Allah, the All-Mighty, worthy of all Praise!
