(26) Verily thy Lord will decide between them by His Decree: and He is Exalted in Might, All-knowing.

(27) Thou mayest defer (the turn of) any of them that thou pleasest, and thou mayest receive any thou pleasest: and there is no blame on thee if thou invite one whose (turn) thou hadst set aside. This were nigher to the cooling of their eyes, the prevention of their grief, and their satisfaction - that of all of them - with that which thou hast to give them: and Allah knows (all) that is in your hearts: and Allah is All-knowing, Most Forbearing.

(28) Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the End of those before them,- though they were superior to them in strength? Nor is Allah to be frustrated by anything whatever in the heavens or on earth: for He is All-knowing. All-Powerful.

(29) And the sun runs his course for a period determined for him: that is the decree of (Him), the Exalted in Might, the All-knowing.

(30) And We chose them aforetime above the nations, knowingly,
