(92) "Then he brought out (of the fire) before the (people) the image of a calf: It seemed to low: so they said: This is your god, and the god of moses, but (moses) has forgotten!"

(93) They had said: "We will not abandon this cult, but we will devote ourselves to it until moses returns to us."

(94) In the past We granted to moses and Aaron the criterion (for judgment), and a Light and a Message for those who would do right,-

(95) Before this We wrote in the Psalms, after the Message (given to moses): My servants the righteous, shall inherit the earth."

(96) And the Companions of the Madyan People; and moses was rejected (in the same way). But I granted respite to the Unbelievers, and (only) after that did I punish them: but how (terrible) was my rejection (of them)!

(97) Then We sent moses and his brother Aaron, with Our Signs and authority manifest,

(98) And We gave moses the Book, in order that they might receive guidance.

(99) (Before this,) We sent moses The Book, and appointed his brother Aaron with him as minister;

(100) Behold, thy Lord called moses: "Go to the people of iniquity,-
