(42) "So now has been proved true, against us, the word of our Lord that we shall indeed (have to) taste (the punishment of our sins).

(46) Yea, such! - then shall they taste it,- a boiling fluid, and a fluid dark, murky, intensely cold!-

(47) Is, then, one who has to fear the brunt of the Penalty on the Day of Judgment (and receive it) on his face, (like one guarded therefrom)? It will be said to the wrong-doers: "taste ye (the fruits of) what ye earned!"

(48) So Allah gave them a taste of humiliation in the present life, but greater is the punishment of the Hereafter, if they only knew!

(49) So We sent against them a furious Wind through days of disaster, that We might give them a taste of a Penalty of humiliation in this life; but the Penalty of a Hereafter will be more humiliating still: and they will find no help.

(50) But We will certainly give the Unbelievers a taste of a severe Penalty, and We will requite them for the worst of their deeds.
