(82) See ye not how Allah hath made serviceable unto you whatsoever is in the skies and whatsoever is in the earth and hath loaded you with His favours both without and within? yet of mankind is he who disputeth concerning Allah, without knowledge or guidance or a scripture giving light.

(83) He will adjust your works for you and will forgive you your sins. Whosoever obeyeth Allah and His messenger, he verily hath gained a signal victory.

(84) No intercession availeth with Him save for him whom He permitteth. yet, when fear is banished from their hearts, they say: What was it that your Lord said? They say: The Truth. And He is the Sublime, the Great.

(85) Those before them denied, and these have not attained a tithe of that which We bestowed on them (of old); yet they denied My messengers. How intense then was My abhorrence (of them)!

(86) And they swore by Allah, their most binding oath, that if a warner came unto them they would be more tractable than any of the nations; yet, when a warner came unto them it aroused in them naught save repugnance,

(87) yet he hath led astray of you a great multitude. Had ye then no sense?

(88) Hath not man seen that We have created him from a drop of seed? yet lo! he is an open opponent.

(89) yet (now that it is come) they disbelieve therein; but they will come to know.

(90) Hath the reminder been unto him (alone) among us? Nay, but they are in doubt concerning My reminder; nay but they have not yet tasted My doom.
