(35) But there are, among men, those who purchase idle tales, without knowledge (or meaning), to mislead (men) from the Path of Allah and throw ridicule (on the Path): for such there will be a Humiliating Penalty.

(36) The Unbelievers say: "We shall neither believe in this scripture nor in (any) that (came) before it." Couldst thou but see when the wrong-doers will be made to stand before their Lord, throwing back the word (of blame) on one another! Those who had been despised will say to the arrogant ones: "Had it not been for you, we should certainly have been believers!"

(37) They said, "Build him a furnace, and throw him into the blazing fire!"

(38) (The sentence will be:) "throw, throw into Hell every contumacious Rejecter (of Allah)!-

(39) "Who set up another god beside Allah: throw him into a severe penalty."

(40) And He destroyed the Overthrown Cities (of Sodom and Gomorrah).
