(111) Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم to polytheists and pagans): "Show me those whom you have joined with Him as partners. Nay (there are not at all any partners with Him)! But He is Allah (alone), the All-Mighty, the All-Wise."
(112) Whosoever desires honour, (power and glory), then to Allah belong all honour, power and glory [and one can get honour, power and glory only by obeying and worshipping Allah (alone)]. To Him ascend (all) the goodly words, and the righteous deeds exalt it (i.e. the goodly words are not accepted by Allah unless and until they are followed by good deeds), but those who plot evils, theirs will be severe torment. And the plotting of such will perish.
(113) Ya-Sin. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Qur'an, and none but Allah (alone) knows their meanings].
(114) "And why should I not worship Him (Allah alone) Who has created me and to Whom you shall be returned.
(115) And that you should worship Me [alone - Islamic Monotheism, and set up not rivals, associate-gods with Me]. That is the Straight Path.
(116) When he came to his Lord with a pure heart [attached to Allah alone and none else, worshipping none but Allah alone - true Islamic Monotheism, pure from the filth of polytheism].
(117) Sad. [These letters (Sad, etc.) are one of the miracles of the Qur'an, and none but Allah (alone) knows their meanings]. By the Qur'an full of reminding (explanations and honour for the one who believes in it).
(118) "Has the Reminder been sent down to him (alone) from among us?" Nay, but they are in doubt about My Reminder (this Qur'an)! Nay, but they have not tasted (My) Torment!
(119) Verily We have sent down the Book to you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) in truth: So worship Allah (alone) by doing religious deeds sincerely for Allah's sake only.
(120) And when some hurt touches man, he cries to his Lord (Allah alone), turning to Him in repentance. But when He bestows a favour upon him from Himself, he forgets that for which he cried for before, and he sets up rivals to Allah, in order to mislead others from His Path. Say: "Take pleasure in your disbelief for a while: surely you are (one) of the dwellers of the Fire!"
