(21) Surely the dwellers of the garden shall on that day be in an occupation quite happy.
(22) And Samood and the people of Lut and the dwellers of the thicket; these were the parties.
(23) These are the dwellers of the garden, abiding therein: a reward for what they did.
(24) These are they from whom We accept the best of what they have done and pass over their evil deeds, among the dwellers of the garden; the promise of truth which they were promised.
(25) Those of the dwellers of the desert who were left behind will say to you: Our property and our families kept us busy, so ask forgiveness for us. They say with their tongues what is not in their hearts. Say: Then who can control anything for you from Allah if He intends to do you harm or if He intends to do you good; nay, Allah is Aware of what you do:
(26) Say to those of the dwellers of the desert who were left behind: You shall soon be invited (to fight) against a people possessing mighty prowess; you will fight against them until they submit; then if you obey, Allah will grant you a good reward; and if you turn back as you turned back before, He will punish you with a painful punishment.
(27) The dwellers of the desert say: We believe. Say: You do not believe but say, We submit; and faith has not yet entered into your hearts; and if you obey Allah and His Apostle, He will not diminish aught of your deeds; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
(28) (Others) before them rejected (prophets): the people of Nuh and the dwellers of Ar-Rass and Samood,
(29) And the dwellers of the grove and the people of Tuba; all rejected the apostles, so My threat came to pass.
(30) Not alike are the inmates of the fire and the dwellers of the garden: the dwellers of the garden are they that are the achievers.
