(83) In order that thou mayest admonish a people, whose fathers had received no admonition, and who therefore remain heedless (of the Signs of Allah).

(84) "Obey those who ask no reward of you (for themselves), and who have themselves received Guidance.

(85) When they are told, "Fear ye that which is before you and that which will be after you, in order that ye may receive Mercy," (they turn back).

(86) "'When we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed receive rewards and punishments?'"

(87) Will ye not then receive admonition?

(88) (Here is) a Book which We have sent down unto thee, full of blessings, that they may mediate on its Signs, and that men of understanding may receive admonition.

(89) Is one who worships devoutly during the hour of the night prostrating himself or standing (in adoration), who takes heed of the Hereafter, and who places his hope in the Mercy of his Lord - (like one who does not)? Say: "Are those equal, those who know and those who do not know? It is those who are endued with understanding that receive admonition.

(90) Say: "O ye my servants who believe! Fear your Lord, good is (the reward) for those who do good in this world. Spacious is Allah's earth! those who patiently persevere will truly receive a reward without measure!"
