(31) And certainly We sent Musa with Our communications and clear authority,

(32) Those who dispute concerning the communications of Allah without any authority that He has given them; greatly hated is it by Allah and by-those who believe. Thus does Allah set a seal over the heart of every proud, haughty one.

(33) Surely (as for) those who dispute about the communications of Allah without any authority that has come to them, there is naught in their breasts but (a desire) to become great which they shall never attain to; Therefore seek refuge in Allah, surely He is the Hearing, the Seeing.

(34) And those whom they call upon besides Him have no authority for intercession, but he who bears witness of the truth and they know (him).

(35) And that do not exalt yourselves against Allah, surely I will bring to you a clear authority:

(36) And in Musa: When We sent him to Firon with clear authority.

(37) Or have they the treasures of your Lord with them? Or have they been set in absolute authority?

(38) Or have they the means by which they listen? Then let their listener bring a clear authority.

(39) They are naught but names which you have named, you and your fathers; Allah has not sent for them any authority. They follow naught but conjecture and the low desires which (their) souls incline to; and certainly the guidance has come to them from their Lord.

(40) O assembly of the jinn and the men! If you are able to pass through the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass through; you cannot pass through but with authority.
