(31) (This is) a Scripture that We have revealed unto thee, full of blessing, that they may ponder its revelations, and that men of understanding may reflect.

(32) Allah it is Who appointed for you the earth for a dwelling-place and the sky for a canopy, and fashioned you and perfected your shapes, and hath provided you with good things. Such is Allah, your Lord. Then blessed be Allah, the Lord of the Worlds!

(33) He placed therein firm hills rising above it, and blessed it and measured therein its sustenance in four Days, alike for (all) who ask;

(34) And blessed be He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and with Whom is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Whom ye will be returned.

(35) Lo! We revealed it on a blessed night - Lo! We are ever warning -

(36) And We send down from the sky blessed water whereby We give growth unto gardens and the grain of crops,

(37) And those who distribute (blessings) by command,

(38) blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious!

(39) And (He will give you) another (blessing) which ye love: help from Allah and present victory. Give good tidings (O Muhammad) to believers.

(40) blessed is He in Whose hand is the Sovereignty, and, He is Able to do all things.
