(82) That We might make it (Noah's ship) an admonition for you and that it might be retained by the retaining ears.

(83) The angels and the Ruh [Jibril (Gabriel)] ascend to Him in a Day the measure whereof is fifty thousand years.

(84) And verily, every time I called unto them that You might forgive them, they thrust their fingers into their ears, covered themselves up with their garments, and persisted (in their refusal), and magnified themselves in pride.

(85) Verily, in this is an instructive admonition for whosoever fears Allah.

(86) The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah),

(87) By the day as it appears in brightness.

(88) As for him who gives (in charity) and keeps his duty to Allah and fears Him,

(89) The night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is better than a thousand months (i.e. worshipping Allah in that night is better than worshipping Him a thousand months, i.e. 83 years and 4 months).

(90) Their reward with their Lord is 'Adn (Eden) Paradise (Gardens of Eternity), underneath which rivers flow. They will abide therein forever, Allah will be pleased with them, and they with Him. That is for him who fears his Lord.
