(283) Do they not see how many of the generations We have destroyed before them? Verily, they will not return to them.

(284) This Day (Day of Resurrection), none will be wronged in anything, nor will you be requited anything except that which you used to do.

(288) Cannot lead astray [turn away from Him (Allah) anyone of the believers],

(289) How many a generation have We destroyed before them! And they cried out when there was no longer time for escape.

(290) Before them (were many who) belied (Messengers) - the people of Nuh (Noah); and 'Ad; and Fir'aun (Pharaoh) the man of stakes (with which he used to punish the people),
