The word(s) "arabs" appears 11 time(s) in 11 verse(s) in Quran in Mohsin Khan translation.

(1) Among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) is he who, if entrusted with a Qintar (a great amount of wealth, etc.), will readily pay it back; and among them there is he who, if entrusted with a single silver coin, will not repay it unless you constantly stand demanding, because they say: "There is no blame on us to betray and take the properties of the illiterates (arabs)." But they tell a lie against Allah while they know it.
(2) Allah has not instituted things like Bahirah , or Sa'ibah , or Wasilah , or Ham , (all these animals were liberated in honour of idols as practised by pagan arabs in the pre-Islamic period). But those who disbelieve invent lies against Allah, and most of them have no understanding.
(3) Lest you (pagan arabs) should say: "The Book was sent down only to two sects before us (the Jews and the Christians), and for our part, we were in fact unaware of what they studied."
(4) Or lest you (pagan arabs) should say: "If only the Book had been sent down to us, we would surely have been better guided than they (Jews and Christians)." So now has come unto you a clear proof (the Qur'an) from your Lord, and a guidance and a mercy. Who then does more wrong than one who rejects the Ayat (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah and turns away therefrom? We shall requite those who turn away from Our Ayat with an evil torment, because of their turning away (from them). [Tafsir At-Tabari]
(5) [Say (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) to these idolaters (pagan arabs) of your folk:] Follow what has been sent down unto you from your Lord (the Qur'an and Prophet Muhammad's Sunnah), and follow not any Auliya' (protectors and helpers who order you to associate partners in worship with Allah), besides Him (Allah). Little do you remember!
(6) And they say: "The Most Gracious (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Îsa (Jesus) عليه السلام], and the pagan arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels and others.)]."
(7) And if We had revealed it (this Qur'an) unto any of the non-arabs,
(8) Have you then considered Al-Lat, and Al-'Uzza (two idols of the pagan arabs)
(9) And Manat (another idol of the pagan arabs), the other third?
(10) And that He (Allah) is the Lord of Sirius (the star which the pagan arabs used to worship).
