(13) It is Allah Who sends forth the Winds, so that they raise up the clouds, and We drive them to a land that is dead, and revive the earth therewith after its death: even so (will be) the Resurrection!

(14) Were they to see a piece of the sky falling (on them), they would (only) say: "clouds gathered in heaps!"

(15) And do We not send down from the clouds water in abundance,

(16) And raise the dust in clouds the while,
