(16) Has he penetrated to the Unseen, or has he taken a contract with (Allah) Most Gracious?

(17) And We have made, above you, seven tracts; and We are never unmindful of (our) Creation.

(18) If We had mercy on them and removed the distress which is on them, they would obstinately persist in their transgression, wandering in distraction to and fro.

(19) Then We draw it in towards Ourselves,- a contraction by easy stages.

(20) Seest thou not that they wander distracted in every valley?-
