(1) Those who criticize the contributors among the believers concerning [their] charities and [criticize] the ones who find nothing [to spend] except their effort, so they ridicule them - Allah will ridicule them, and they will have a painful punishment.

(2) But whoever desires the Hereafter and exerts the effort due to it while he is a believer - it is those whose effort is ever appreciated [by Allah].

(3) [They are] those whose effort is lost in worldly life, while they think that they are doing well in work."

(4) So whoever does righteous deeds while he is a believer - no denial will there be for his effort, and indeed We, of it, are recorders.

(5) Whoever should think that Allah will not support [Prophet Muhammad] in this world and the Hereafter - let him extend a rope to the ceiling, then cut off [his breath], and let him see: will his effort remove that which enrages [him]?

(6) And that his effort is going to be seen -

(7) [And it will be said], "Indeed, this is for you a reward, and your effort has been appreciated."

(8) With their effort [they are] satisfied

(9) Indeed, your efforts are diverse.
