Thus Allah sendeth astray whom He will, and whom He will He guideth. None knoweth the hosts of thy Lord save Him. This is naught else than a Reminder unto mortals.

(288) Lo! We have prepared for disbelievers manacles and carcans and a raging fire.

(289) Those are the disbelievers, the wicked.

(290) This day it is those who believe who have the laugh of disbelievers,
