And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]. Then complete the fast until the sunset. And do not have relations with them as long as you are staying for worship in the mosques. These are the limits [set by] Allah, so do not approach them. Thus does Allah make clear His ordinances to the people that they may become righteous.

(2) The patient, the true, the obedient, those who spend [in the way of Allah], and those who seek forgiveness before dawn.

(3) Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night and [also] the Qur'an of dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed.

(4) O you who have believed, let those whom your right hands possess and those who have not [yet] reached puberty among you ask permission of you [before entering] at three times: before the dawn prayer and when you put aside your clothing [for rest] at noon and after the night prayer. [These are] three times of privacy for you. There is no blame upon you nor upon them beyond these [periods], for they continually circulate among you - some of you, among others. Thus does Allah make clear to you the verses; and Allah is Knowing and Wise.

(5) And in the hours before dawn they would ask forgiveness,

(6) Indeed, We sent upon them a storm of stones, except the family of Lot - We saved them before dawn

(7) And by the dawn when it breathes

(8) By the dawn

(9) Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.

(10) And the chargers at dawn,
