(2) And they ask you about the mountains, so say, "My Lord will blow them away with a blast.

(3) So each We seized for his sin; and among them were those upon whom We sent a storm of stones, and among them were those who were seized by the blast [from the sky], and among them were those whom We caused the earth to swallow, and among them were those whom We drowned. And Allah would not have wronged them, but it was they who were wronging themselves.

(4) They do not await except one blast which will seize them while they are disputing.

(5) It will not be but one blast, and at once they are all brought present before Us.

(6) And these [disbelievers] await not but one blast [of the Horn]; for it there will be no delay.

(7) The Day they will hear the blast [of the Horn] in truth. That is the Day of Emergence [from the graves].

(8) Indeed, We sent upon them one blast from the sky, and they became like the dry twig fragments of an [animal] pen.

(9) So as for Thamud, they were destroyed by the overpowering [blast].
