(121) And indeed We gave Musa (Moses) the Scripture, but dispute arose therein. (122) And truly, if We give him a taste of mercy from Us, after some adversity (severe poverty or disease, etc.) has touched him, he is sure to say: "This is due to my (merit); I think not that the Hour will be established. But if I am brought back to my Lord, surely, there will be for me the best (wealth) with Him. Then, We verily, will show to the disbelievers what they have done, and We shall make them taste a severe torment.

(123) And verily, whosoever shows patience and forgives, that would truly be from the things recommended by Allah.

(124) "And exalt not yourselves against Allah. truly, I have come to you with a manifest authority.

(125) "And truly, I seek refuge with my Lord and your Lord, lest you should stone me (or call me a sorcerer or kill me).

(126) And We have enjoined on man to be dutiful and kind to his parents. His mother bears him with hardship. And she brings him forth with hardship, and the bearing of him, and the weaning of him is thirty months, till when he attains full strength and reaches forty years, he says: "My Lord! Grant me the power and ability that I may be grateful for Your Favour which You have bestowed upon me and upon my parents, and that I may do righteous good deeds, such as please You, and make my offspring good. truly, I have turned to You in repentance, and truly, I am one of the Muslims (submitting to Your Will)."

(127) And remember (Hud) the brother of 'Ad, when he warned his people in Al-Ahqaf (the curved sand-hills in the southern part of Arabian Peninsula). And surely, there have passed away warners before him and after him (saying): "Worship none but Allah; truly, I fear for you the torment of a mighty Day (i.e. the Day of Resurrection)."

(128) And they said: "A man, alone among us - shall we follow him? truly then we should be in error and distress (or madness)!"

(129) On the Day you shall see the believing men and the believing women: their light running forward before them and by their right hands. Glad tidings for you this Day! Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise), to dwell therein forever! truly, this is the great success!

(130) We hope that our Lord will give us in exchange a better (garden) than this. truly, we turn to our Lord (wishing for good that He may forgive our sins and reward us in the Hereafter).
