(1) And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing.

(2) And give full measure when you measure, and weigh with an even balance. That is the best [way] and best in result.

(3) And weigh with an even balance.

(4) It is Allah who has sent down the Book in truth and [also] the balance. And what will make you perceive? Perhaps the Hour is near.

(5) And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance

(6) That you not transgress within the balance.

(7) And establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance.

(8) We have already sent Our messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain [their affairs] in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and so that Allah may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.

(9) Who created you, proportioned you, and balanced you?
