(1) Say, "What thing is greatest in testimony?" Say, "Allah is witness between me and you. And this Qur'an was revealed to me that I may warn you thereby and whomever it reaches. Do you [truly] testify that with Allah there are other deities?" Say, "I will not testify [with you]." Say, "Indeed, He is but one God, and indeed, I am free of what you associate [with Him]."

(2) And thus We have placed within every city the greatest of its criminals to conspire therein. But they conspire not except against themselves, and they perceive [it] not.

(3) Assuredly, it is they in the Hereafter who will be the greatest losers.

(4) Say, [O Muhammad], "Shall we [believers] inform you of the greatest losers as to [their] deeds?

(5) And they intended for him harm, but We made them the greatest losers.

(6) They will not be grieved by the greatest terror, and the angels will meet them, [saying], "This is your Day which you have been promised" -

(7) Those are the ones for whom there will be the worst of punishment, and in the Hereafter they are the greatest losers.

(8) The Day We will strike with the greatest assault, indeed, We will take retribution.

(9) He certainly saw of the greatest signs of his Lord.

(10) Indeed, the Fire is of the greatest [afflictions]
