(26) And blessed be He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and with Whom is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Whom ye will be returned.

(27) Lo! We revealed it on a blessed night - Lo! We are ever warning -

(28) And We send down from the sky blessed water whereby We give growth unto gardens and the grain of crops,

(29) blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious!

(30) blessed is He in Whose hand is the Sovereignty, and, He is Able to do all things.
